My girl is a bit wild – 3 day old braids and four missing teeth are completely typical for where she’s at right now.

When she breathlessly tumbled in the house, door swinging wildly behind her this weekend – to get a drink of water? To find some chalk? To change clothes one more time because she and the other neighbor children were brainstorming Halloween costumes?  Who knows? All of these.

I saw her little girl beauty shining thru the ice-cream smudged chin and fly-away hair do and grabbed my camera for a couple of shots.
