The H Family – Dance Parties and Legos

When my air conditioner unexpectedly stopped working (is it ever really expected, though?) I put out a request for a good repairman on Facebook, hoping someone could give a referral to a company they liked.

A friend I met in my daughter’s dance class responded to my post and referred me to Mr. H of Harmonic Heating and Cooling, and I was fortunate to catch him at a good time and he came out within a few hours to take a look at the faulty AC.  Long story short, he did a great job, the house is nice and cool, and he later mentioned to his wife that I was a photographer.  Then,  you guessed it – they checked out my site and contacted me to capture one of their morning’s at home with my signature Lifestyle Photography sessions.   (Other notes – their son and my son share a name and they’re coincidentally good friends with a recent client of my other photo business Photography by Kate.)

Part of my session preparation often includes a questionnaire so I can get to know the family.  Mrs. H’s responses revealed very clearly that this family is crazy adorable, super supportive of each other’s dreams and have an infectious enthusiasm that really makes being around them a joy.
