We got this little girl a super cute pair of bright pink snow boots to get her ready for  winter.  The problem is that cute does not always equal functional (read: warm).

(Don’t most of us women know that?)

Frozen Toes Therapy

So when this poor little thing came to me, tears streaming down her face, sobbing that her feet hurt, of course I was concerned.

Were the boots too small?  No, in fact they might be too large.

Was there something in her boots that was poking her?  No, nothing was.

So I promptly took off her boots and found such frozen little tootsies!

Luckily, since I often have a problem with extra cold, painful hands and feet in the winter, I knew just what would help – a soothing warm foot bath. 🙂

(note – I know she didn’t have frostbite.  Just super cold feeties).

Side note – now she wants a fancy foot bath every time she comes in from outdoors.  I see pedicures in this girls future…
