One day my kids’ bebesitter taught them (sort of) how to make a blanket-fort on our couch (meaning she did it and now they ask me to recreate it for them all the time).
Check it out, Little H requires a fort most days just to watch TV. I get it. We all need a place to call our own 😉 Or at least a place for their mama to take their portrait that looks cool. (Am I RIGHT?)
I might need a little more practice building in some structural support, but I think it does the job relatively nicely. And it takes me about 3 minutes – but makes her happy for at least twice that time 😉

Anelle, thanks so much, I’m so lucky to be able to catch these great pics of my kids. What a great job I have! 😀
You truly have a way with these lifestyle images! <3
Oh Jennifer, thank you so much! Really! 😀 !!!
This is too cute! My kiddos love to make forts too! Don’t want them to grow up.
Candy, I totally agree! How can she already be pushing 4 years old? She only arrived yesterday it seems!
Such a sweet image 🙂 I used to be obsessed with building forts and would throw quite the tantrum whenever my mom took it down to put her living room back together haha.
Hahahah Katherine, I get that! Darn mom for ruining the fun! 😉
