Teeny Cinderella Feet

Anything you can do, I can do better

 

Dentists recommend kids starting having regular checkups as soon as they have teeth.  Bebe O is only a year and a half and I’ve already had him in to the dentist twice.  Bebe H is such a pro she plans what toy she’ll choose before we even get to the dentist.

Things we’ve discovered:

  1. Both kids are going to need braces.  They don’t even have all of their teeth yet.
  2. Bebe O can conquer the bright light, the moving chair and someone putting metal instruments in his mouth if his big sister does it first.
  3. He doesn’t claw the technician’s eyes out when she cleans his teeth like he does to me.
  4. I need plastic goggles for when I clean his teeth in the future.
  5. Bebe H rocks white sunglasses.

 

These are all the little things that will fit poetically in to our memories when our children are grown.  Almost nothing is too mundane to capture, because those bebes don’t stay little for long.
